Supply of Ventilation Curtains-Brattice – (MOR/44/23/06/14)
Morupule Coal Mine began operations in 1973 and has since expanded due to the demand for coal both domestically and internationally. Ventilation curtains/brattices are essential appliance used to direct and regulate ventilation air underground for efficient distribution and adequate ventilation of the working and non-working sections, thereby fostering a favourable and secure working environment that will support production and help the mine fulfil its mandate. Morupule Coal Mine wishes to invite a supplier of ventilation curtains-brattice to assist with supplying of ventilation curtains-brattice.
A preferred service provider will have to provide the following:
The ventilation curtains/ brattices should conform to SABS 1287 and NCB 245 of 1985 standards or any applicable law/standard (equivalent).
· Tear resistant.
· Withstand a wide range of temperature.
· Light in weight
· Woven or double laminate flameproof polypropylene material
· Light/white colour
· 8m width X 6m height
Tender documents will be shared with the Tenderer upon receiving proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP750.00 each only on or before 12 July 2023.

Morupule Coal Mine reserves the right to reject or accept any submission and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any portion of any tender. Acceptance thereof is not binding on the company until confirmed through official notification.
