Supply of conveyor ancillary components - (MOR/41/23/06/13)
Morupule Coal Mine (MCM) started its operation in 1973 and has since expanded due to coal demand locally and abroad. Morupule Coal Mine (MCM) has embarked on a strategy to increase its throughput by the year 2027. The strategy also seeks to reduce import bill by partnering with local suppliers to produce goods and services locally as part of efforts to encourage citizen economic empowerment and local industrialization. It is against this background that Morupule Coal Mine wishes to invite suppliers to assist with the supply of conveyor ancillaries such as skirtings, scrappers, and roller idlers.
A preferred service provider will have to provide the following:

· Rubber Skirting 300mm x 25mm x 10mm
3. Scrapper
· Primary Cleaner Solid blade suitable for heavy duty application 750mm, 900mm, 1050mm, 1350mm & 1500mm belt sizes
· Primary Cleaned & tensioner for 750mm, 900mm, 1050mm, 1350mm & 1500mm
· Secondary Cleaner for 750mm, 900mm, 1050mm, 1350mm & 1500mm
· Heavy duty replaceable Secondary Cleaner blade with tungsten/carbide tip
The preferred supplier should be 100% citizen owned business. The ancillary should be SABS approved.
Tender documents will be shared with the Tenderer upon receiving proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP250.00 each only on or before (To be mentioned)

The closing date for the receipt of tender submissions shall be 19 July 2023 – 12:00noon. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, or emailed submissions other than the one stated above will not be considered. Morupule Coal Mine reserves the right to reject or accept any submission and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any portion of any tender. Acceptance thereof is not binding on the company until confirmed through official notification. The services pertaining to this tender shall be run under Morupule Coal Mine General Conditions of Service, details of which are in the tender documents.
